This is the tool that SEP Technical support will use when they need an activiry log from a system. Pretty helpful also if you run this on a system having issues. It will also check for upgrades each time you run it. Issue that triggered support tool : Event 7000. The Symantec Eraser Control driver service failed due to the following error: The file name, directory name, or volume label is incorrect.
Support tool stops at 41 of 51 Products installed by MSI.
Prior to this case was opened with Symantec, as per their instruction I upgraded to 11.0.6mp2, which is supposed to include a patch to resolve error 7000.
Problem still occurring.
