This is a SQL code to clean ALL tickets in ServiceDesk.

I did a test in ServiceDesk 7.1 and all tickets were cleaned and the SD 7.1 return to the ticket IM-000001

Yes I have, but the code for SD 7.5 is just for clean a ticket.
