Yes you're right. This is an Symantec internal support tool.

It show SEP Support Tools log files. 

Some updates are available but it's not possible to download it over internet. But without downlading any updates you can view Sep Support Tools log files successfully.

Dear Oykun,

I tried to download it under the impression 'Log Viewer' and I can use it for generic LOG files like those in IIS format. But it looks so it is only for SEP Support Tool.

Nevertheless I have a few observations with respect to the tool:

1. Since the tool is internal beta it could have been flagged restricted download for external users.
2. It says an update is available  but when I chose to update it throws an error that update is allowed only within Symantec Internal Network. (vide attachment)
