Workflow and SD Integration Technical Whitepaper

This document is intended to assist IT Administrators in the use of Workflow solution with their current installation of Symantec Service Desk, covering some of the service feeders available for the IT Administrator to develop on.

This paper essentially provides the base material to assist with the more technical nuisances of using workflow solution to assist with providing such things as self-help portals or even develop corporate service catalogs to be integrated with existing corporate intranets.

Before working with this paper a user should be proficient with workflow to a basic level and proficient with Service Desk to at least an intermediate level.

At least I hope this is an error smiley

The second paragraph on page 3 (Introduction) reads as:

"This paper essentially provides the base material to assist with the more technical nuisances of using

workflow solution to assist with providing such things as self-help portals or even develop corporate

service catalogs to be integrated with existing corporate intranets"

 

I'm assuming nuisances should be replaced with nuances?

Great looking document otherwise! Thanks for sharing!!!
