    Hi,

    we have used 14.x version DLP  and unable to see archive option in incident activity field under incident tab. So, I have plan to use hide option and follow steps as below  1, hide(archive) 2, system back up by DBA 3, delete incident IDs to free up oracle space.

    I have select custom filter and selected one month incident IDs for hiding(archive) to free up oracle database. But now unable see incident IDs and not able to see(total incident count also reduced from earlier count).

     Is there any other ways to do archive without script and without DBAs help.

    Please suggest ……

    Hi Senthil,

    You can archive through System > Incident Data > Web Archive, just need to save a report with the incidents you want to archive and it'll start a background job to save the incidents to $installdir$\Protect\archive\.

    Your role will need Export to Web Archive checked or be logged on as the Administrator.
