  • 1.  15.5 MP1 MaCOS endpoint agent not reporting incident attributes

    We have 15.5 MP1 Enforce server with 15.5 MP1 Windows and MacOS endpoint agents.  The Windows agent works fine but the MacOS agent does not report incident attributes.  I suspect the issue is with a lookup plugin, but we didn't have the issue with 15.5 MP1 enforces server and MacOS endpoint agent 14.6 MP3.  The endpoints are running Mojave 10.14.3 and 10.14.5.  Any thoughts or insights are appreciated.

    Have you considered upgrading the endpoint agents to rule out incompatibility?

    We're in the process of upgrading to 15.5 MP1 agent for Windows and MacOS devices and I discovered the issue/difference while testing in our QA environment.
