  • 1.  421 Error sending emails to companies using MessageeLabs

    Hello

     

    We are getting errors

    - 421 Unexpected failure

    - 421 Service Temporary Unavailable

     

    This is happening with companies that use the following MX Servers

    - cluster4a.us.messagelabs.com.

    - cluster4.us.messagelabs.com.

     

    our IP  address 115.70.190.58 is not listed on any BlackLists 

     

    Our Exchange only seems to get errors with domains that use Messagelabs

     

    Does  MessageLabs have a blacklist for our IP 115.70.190.58 or the domain vatcpa.com.au

    If you haven't already submit a sample of an email that's blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com

    We are having the exact same issue with emails coming from IP 144.130.169.226 since last friday

    We have a lot of emails stuck in the queue with 421 errors all pointing to messagelab MX records.

    No other domains are affected, only the ones with messagelab MX records

    I have sent off an email to investigation@review.symantec.com 3 days ago, with no response still.

    Can we get an update with what the issue may be please?

    We are starting to lose emails now as they have retried for over 48 hours with no success in exchange.

    Customer isnt happy!!!
