    Hi,

        I was getting the above error message with my deployment solution 6.9 while running the specific 4214 VBSCRIPT every month and we fixed the issue by following the below documentation which is already there in symantec website - 'howto32409'

      - The transaction file log is too large and need to truncate it and we got the warning to truncate the log - > Issue was resolved ,But we need to know the root cause

    Proper SQL maintenance would truncate transaction logs, so this suggests best practices regarding SQL maintenance were not followed in your environment.
