I see that you appear to be a client. Given the issue you are having I think it would be best if you opened a ticket with Support so that we can investigate and discuss this issue with you. From the information you have provided here I am not able to investigate this issue.
When you contact Support please advise the sender, recipient, date and time or provide a full copy and paste of the track and trace output so we can look into this for you.
