    Hello,

    Our emails sent to our clients are getting filtered with delivery error "501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7]".

    We don't have bad reputation :

    The IP address you submitted, 198.50.177.194, does not have a negative reputation and therefore cannot be submitted for investigation.

    Could you help me to check problem why our emails are blocked ?

    Hi Omar T

    I have looked into this issue and found that the IP 198.50.177.194 is listed on our internal Blacklist. I have reset the reputation of the IP across our infrastructure and also escalated the issue to our backline team to ensure the IP is removed from our internal list. Once this has been completed, I will let you know.

    Hi Omar.

    I can now confirm that the IP has been removed from our Blacklist. Please allow one hour propagation time for this to roll out across our infrastructure.
