    I have this error but I don't understand the reason

    R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp H=cluster3vk.eu.messagelabs.com [85.158.137.83]: SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 14005, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

    IP Investigation Query

    The IP address you submitted, 162.252.172.34, does not have a negative reputation and therefore cannot be submitted for investigation.
    Help please.

    Hi Andrey

    Investigating the IP I can see there is a listing for this in Spamcannibal. Before we can take any action on this we would need to see this listing removed.

    I have sent request for cleaning our IP address from their blackbase and I'm waiting their answer.

    I'll tell you when our address is removed.

    I managed to clean our IP address from Spamcannibal's database.

    mxtoolbox shows

    Checking 162.252.172.34 against 93 known blacklists...
    Listed 0 times with 0 timeouts

    Let me know that our address is removed and from your database)

    The IP has now been cleared. Please allow a short propagation time and then check and confirm that mail is flowing properly.
