Hi Alex,
I can now confirm that the IP 95.84.162.5 is no longer listed on our internal blacklist and I have also reset the reputation of that IP across our Infrastructure. We will not block emails coming from that IP.
Further investigation did find that the IP is listed on some other blacklists as below:
BARRACUDA
Protected Sky
Spamhaus ZEN.

You should take steps to try and delist your IP from those.
However from our side we have resolved the issue concerning us and If you could set this thread as resolved It would be much appreciated.
