    Hello. 

    Our company experience problems with sending mail to diffrerent receiptents wotj Symantec Spam Protection System.

    Previously we used dynamic IP address, now I switched it to static and our permanent address is: 95.84.162.5

    Coudl you please kindly add it to white list and remove from blocked list?

    Our company works and use this address more than 20 years and after changing ISP now it is impossible to work with part of our customers.

    Hi Alex,

    I can now confirm that the IP 95.84.162.5 is no longer listed on our internal blacklist and I have also reset the reputation of that IP across our Infrastructure. We will not block emails coming from that IP.

    Further investigation did find that the IP is listed on some other blacklists as below:

    BARRACUDA

    Protected Sky

    Spamhaus ZEN.

    This can be confirm on the link below:

    http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a95.84.162.5&run=toolpage

    You should take steps to try and delist your IP from those.

    However from our side we have resolved the issue concerning us and If you could set this thread as resolved It would be much appreciated.

    Hi Alex,

    I have again checked the IP and found that it is not listed on our internal blacklist and also the reputation accross our network of that IP is all good. However I have noticed that the IP 95.84.162.5 is still listed on three blacklist sites and spamhaus Zen is used in the PBL which we also reference.

    Therefore I would suggest the reason for which these emails are being blocked is down to spamhaus Zen blocklist and you need to take steps to get your IP removed from their list.
