    Hi,

We have a problem with our mail server. We can not send on a certain domain and we receive the following message.

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 20614, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

I read on the internet that symantec protection blocking my email.

The ip of my mail server is : 188.165.116.225

The mail server is not black listed, implements DKIM, and on http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ it reports:

The IP address you submitted, 188.165.116.225, does not have a negative reputation and therefore cannot be submitted for investigation.

    Can you fix it?

    Thanks,

    Hi Nikos

I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 188.165.116.225 from our internal Blacklist and I have also reset the confidence of that IP accross all our towers.

This will fix the issue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.

If your happy. Please set this thread as resolved to prevent other people adding to it.

    Kind regards
