please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error

Is it possible to remove our IP from the block list?

    Hi,

I don't mean to piggyback on another thread, but I am unable to post discussions. No matter how I word them, they are always flagged as spam and unpublished. I can't even PM anyone because all of those are flagged, no matter how I word them. It's very frustrating.

I also need an IP removed from the blacklist: 104.192.7.76

When I send email to clients hosted at messagelabs.com, the messages always time out.

Edit - Here is a sample of the error message:

Mar 17 22:17:35 vps postfix/smtp[1755]: connect to cluster1.us.messagelabs.com[216.82.242.44]:25: Connection timed out

    Thanks for your help Richard.

It appears that my messages are still being blocked by a couple of systems, but are eventually sending. Perhaps things just need a little time to propagate?
