501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7]

    Hi,

    Trying to send an email from my domain vazquezguillen.es (IP: 5.135.24.66) and agromolinillo.com (IP: 5.135.24.65)  to some clients and came back the error:

    host cluster1.eu.messagelabs.com[195.245.230.83]
        refused to talk to me: 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 20805,
        please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error
        message.

    I´ve got the same error with diferents host: cluster4.eu.message.labs.com, cluster5.eu.message.labs.com ...

    Is it possible to remove our IP from the block list?

    IP: 5.135.24.65 and IP: 5.135.24.66

    We´ve got these two IP range to add to in our new customers and we wont have to have the same issue when we will use the news IPs:
    5.135.24.64/27

    5.135.24.96/27

    Could you help me with this?

    Hi kristen.

    Two days ago I followed that steps and i send an email to Investigation@review.symantec.com but no one answered me. 

    We are not symanec customers, our proble is when we send emails to symantec customers, i think that we have not enought email reputation yet because we have a new Static IP address.

    Do you know how can i check if our IPs are in a blocked list?

     

    IP: 5.135.24.65

    IP: 5.135.24.66

    Hi Kristen.

    We still having problems with this. We cheked our ip reputation in your website http://www.symantec.com/security_response/landing/... and we find that we have bad reputation, we dont send SPAM, so we dont understand why we have bad reputation, this is a new static IP.

    Need Help please.

    Hi

    Please note the IPs including the full ranges have been excluded from the list that was causing issues. Please allow a short period for this to take effect and then you should be able to mail with no issues.

    Of couerse i´ll do it. 

    Could you explain me why our IP 5.135.24.66 (domain vazquezuillen.es) has bad reputation if this is a new IP address? How long time take to be solve?

    I just would like to undersand why this issue happened.

    Hi

    It may be that a previous owner of this IP allowed it to become compromised. If this was the case and it hit our services our services would rate it and give it an appropriate reputation which when you then took over ownership of the IP then began affecting you.
