    Hello Matt,

I've checked both of these IP's and 128.199.237.162 is currently listed on an Internal blocklist. I will contact our engineers to get this reviewed. Currently I can't see anything related to 188.166.199.86 that could cause an issue. Can you check to see if any errors are being issued for emails from this IP?

    Kind regards,

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you so much :)

    Was 188.166.199.86 delisted as well?

This is our new "floating IP" (we use a Digital Ocean droplet)

If there is a problem delisting that one, I will just switch off the floating IP and switch back to the "real IP".

    Thank you,

    Matt

    Oh...

Floating is probably only affecting incomming.

When the mail server is connecting to your servers, it will be using it's real IP I assume..

I'll test and report back :)

Confirmed it is fixed (even using the floating IP)

    Thank you for sorting.

Feel free to mark this as resolved
(I can't seem to find where I am able to do this)

We have the same error again.
