I've recently obtained a server from whole sale internet, nocix, and according to your black list, my ip addresses are on the list. I've requested that the addresses be taken off, but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. Could you please check if the following addresses are still on that list and if so, remove them? The mail server ip addresses are 204.12.248.67 and 204.12.248.68. If there is something else I need to do on my end, please let me know. If my contact information is required, please private message me.

    Hi Amainejr,

So sorry that this has not been picked up sooner. I will now take steps to get those 2 IP's off our internal Blacklist and I will confirm once complete.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP's 204.12.248.67 and 204.12.248.68 from our internal Blacklist and I have also reset the confidence of those IP's accross all our towers.

This will fix the issue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.

If your happy. Please set this thread as resolved to prevent other people adding to it.

    Kind regards
