I just upgraded to 8.0 HF2, and upgraded WinPE to version 10. Booting from an ISO, it works perfectly: I get the Initial Deployment menu, get to pick an option, and the scripted install runs great.
However, when I try to install the automation folder and boot from automation, I get the "Initial Deployment (Unknown Computer) Menu", which means two things:
- Obviously, it should be going straight to the scripted install job; not give me the initial deployment menu.
- It says the computer is unknown, even though it's known.
Here's a snippet from SMP.log that may be helpful:

On a side note, because I'm using split DNS, the computers in my department are on the example.edu domain, but their primary DNS suffixes are dept.example.edu
