  • 1.  Abort message in message audit log

    Hi,

    We are currently facing the below issues in the testing of SBG 9.0.20 on VMware .

    The issues are ,

    Lot of 'abort messages' in message audit log , emails are queued in mail server and takes time to delever the emails  when we sending emails through SBG .

    Any help?

    Hi Adnan,

    I followed the procedure mentioned in the  link, 'Abort message' issue resolved.

    Note: Only one change in SBG" session timeout value to 3 minute"

    Still so many emails are in the mail server queue and delever the emails ver slow.
