    I've seen this twice now since February - luckily very limited scope - but it's totally a killer when it happens as it freezes the whole computer each time the patch tries to install.

    I created a blog post with what I ran into and how I got by it on the 2 occassions.  I'm hoping if others see this, we can crowd source to find the best workaround/solution.  I realize it's an Adobe issue, and not a Symantec issue, but it presents itself during the patch cycle, so I wanted to share here in case others are seeing it too.
