Someone know how add cost center field in Submit Incident advanced form?

Do you want to choose a pre-populated list of Cost Centers? Do you want to have a search option popup? Does it have to be based on the Current User or CI item? Is this value already configured against the CI in the SMP? Would this also need adding to "Edit Incident" and the ProcessViewPage (PVP)? How are you generating the data? Are you just adding a new text field to a custom data type and saving the Cost Center to that against an Incident?

So you added an Insert/Update component to your feeder form that links to your Ticket via the SessionId Which model was this added to? It would have to be near the end after the ticket gas been created. Did a Table get created with the name you gave the Data Type? Does it contain any rows/records?

I have not explained to me, what I need is to add a field to the template's creation of advanced incident (in this case cost center).

I've done the procedure of the HOWTO95501, but have not been able to achieve that the variables added to be used.

In the previous version I reconfigure this with SD.Data Integration Library, but in the version 8.0 this library it is not available.

Can someone help me with this?

The old way to do this was how you mentioned amending SD.Data, this is not how you do it in the new versions. Custom Data Types, Incident Forms, and the Process View Page – Putting them All Together https://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/custom-data-types-incident-forms-and-process-view-page-putting-them-all-together So you followed either the Article or the HOWTO, then you added your new DT to the Incident Creation Form(s), added the Field to the Form, added the Insert Component to the processing model and ran through a test ticket? You will then need to create a Profile and add it to your ProcessViewPage and make amendments to the Classification Project. What parts didn’t work?
