At the moment our company is in the progress of developing a webshop, a shop where users can buy our products - hosting, backup , also one of our products is a hosted mailscan system based on symantec Brightmail appliances. Because we're processing the orders online, we also accept online payments with mastercard , visa etc.. If the customer want to buy one of our hosted solutions the products is on-the-fly configured after we received the payment.

My question now is , does somebody knows if it is possible to add domains to a brightmail control center without the GUI? So I'll add them from the console or from an API.

I don't know that this is possible but I hope.

While there are .XML files, they are created from the MySQL database.  I've very sure the GUI is the only path. 

Is there sombody who can confirm this ? Or where I can find those XML files, which information I need to be available:

-> Possiblity to add a domain
-> List of all e-mail in SPAm quarantine
-> Possiblity to relase individual messages in SPAM quarantine
-> list of all e-mail in message delivery queue
-> Possibility to flush individual messages in DELIVERY queue.

I hope that this would be possible;
