  • 1.  AD/LDAP Groups in BMG 9

    I have upgraded from version 8 to 9 and now I am unable to add Active Directory groups, This option was available in version 8.

    I know LDAP sync is now done by the Scanner and not the Control Center. Can someone please advise how this is possible? The existing groups have been disabled since the 'Add Ldap Group' option is greyed out when trying to add a group.

    Please Advise.

    Have you setup  Directory Integration and enabled Address Resolution?    This is needed before you can create policy groups.
