  • 1.  The administrator account is locked

    Hello

     

    I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager version 12. Just now i cannot login to the admin by using usual password. It says "The administrator account is locked".

     

    I try to reset the password from the login display but it not helped.

     

    I also try to find the resetpass.bat in the local files but i can't find that file.

    It's automatic unlocked after 15 min
    Make sure that the resetpass.bat was run once the account was out of the lock period.


     resetpass.bat file, you could log a case with Symantec Technical Support.
