First, im totaly surprised that a Win Command/Tool can destroy the Bootsector of PGP, how and why is this possible? I Can understand if i would use non-standart method, but not a standard Win-Tool.
I had a restart-loop on the Notebook, so i did a check by win-repair tool, nothing was found, set Bios as defalt and start again, but nothing change, win had a boot Problem.
So i did fixmbr and fixboot, and then, nothing worked, now its just a blinking white table in the left side on the Monitor, and if a mount the HD external to an other Notebook, the Partition is showing as RAW.
What can i do? Is there any option how i can fix it? This is a very importand case for me.
