  • 1.  after install SEP, windows 10 Pro can't startup

    Hello,
    i was installed SEP on Windowss 10 Pro, Bulid 10240, after installed and first update the definitions, restart the PC as request,  PC can't startup, Windows 10 try to repair automatilcally, but failed.
    i try SEP version both 12.1.7004.6500 and 14.01904.0000, i was found this problem on 2 PC.  why? any ideas?

    Was this a fresh install of SEP? Have you tried SEP 14 MP1, it was just released on Friday?

    What happens if you install with AV only?

    Yes, it's a fresh install of SEP on new notebook. the last version of SEP on our server is 14.01904.0000.

    AV only not tried.

    Yes, it is a fresh install on new notebook. the last version is 14.01904.0000 on our server. AV only was not tried. the same problem as below link:

    Than try SEP 14 MP1. It just came out Friday. They version you're using is the first version of 14.

    i was fixed by disabled secure boot at moment.
