  • 1.  After installing client, this remains Offline.

    Hi, I have installed a client in Windows7 32 bits computer.The server is 12.1.4.  I have done Ping from pc to server successfully, Telnet from PC to server through 8014 port succesfully.I have collected the sylink.log and there appears this event. SEPM is installed in Windows server 2008 R2 standard an DB is embedded.

    Any help is welcome,

    Is the SEPM service started?

    Have you tried replacing the sylink file on one affected client?

    Also run the symhelp tool to error check on both SEPM and client:
