Please help me as the title above. the user's pc cannot be shut down after installing the SEP11.

Are you getting any error messages while trying to shutdown?or it just hangs?once if yo do a reset next time also it will give same problem?Are you able to find any relevant entries in event viewer?What is the OS of your PC?If you uninstall SEP is it giving any difference?

Was there a previous install of an Antivirus on the machine before installing SEP? If so was it removed? 

Yes as AravindKM is getting at we will need much more information before we can help. I just wanted to add to his list of questions a little bit. 

Has there been a virus recently on this system?
Is it only this one client that is seeing the issue? And if so how is this client different from others on your network?
If you disable NTP or PTP or both does the problem go away?

Hi,

Previously, the pc does not infected with the virus. After uninstalling the SEP11, the PC can shut down.

With the SEP11, when starting I can see the black bar at the right bottom there to block the time.

I want to furhter checking of that pc but now that user does not at the worknig place.

This is an unusual instance where after installing SEP, your pc is not shutting down. I will strongly recommend you to call Support and have proper investigation of the issue.

However, you can try to install only Antivirus and Antispyware and see how it goes.

Turn off liveupdate at the install time or wait for that process end, normally it would happen on the machines has limited RAM. How much RAM do you have and how many apps are running at the startup?
