Hello all.
After update SEP from 12 to 14 version clienst have BSOD.
Temporary solusions downgrade client ti 12 version.
What's the operating system of the machine you are trying to upgrade on?
Can you provide some further information?
What components are you running in 14? Do you have GEM enabled?
Also, get a case open and submit the BSOD dump so they can begin root cause analysis.

Generic Exploit Mitigation.
The box BSOD is caused by the mup.sys driver
What hardware are you running this on? Is it fully patched?
Have you tried installing the client with different installed components to see if it's a specific component of SEP causing the BSOD?
Looks like another customer is having the same issue:

No. I just update on client from v12 to v14.
Same thing - I had 12.x.6600 and pushed the update of 14 at some locations. Now getting BSOD from many locations and having to roll back manually.
Do you have the full component stack enabled? Have you tried disabling GEM only to see what the result is? What about disabling the AV component to see what happens. Also, do you have the BSOD dump you can attach here for a quick review?
Same feature set works with v12.x
Issue is with v14
Escalted to engineering
Thanks for the ideas though
