Endpoint Protection Cloud

I am having a problem where a Potentially Unwanted Program alert is preventing me using an application.  In this case I do want to use the program.

How can I allow it?  I'm using Symantec Endpoing Protection Cloud.  The device has been setup as a Personal device.  I have the Symantec Recommended System Policy assigned to it, and a personal policy I created.

Can you create a new security policy with lower settings than the default, apply it, then see if the behavior still occurs?

You should create a whitelist policy to alow that application.
