  • 1.  Altiris agent does not report full inventory

    Hi, I have a problem with the full inventory of the altiris. Some machines are reporting complete inventory others are not reporting the full inventory. The current situation is as follows:
    
    Machine that does not report full inventory:
    1- Machine has inventory plugin.
    2- Machine has all the .bak files in the path "C: \ Program Files \ Altiris \ Inventory \ NSI"
    
    OBS: Attached is an image of the lack of inventory of the machine
    
    Anyone have any tips on where the problem might be?

    You could turn on the NSE logs to see if that has any issues:

    Is the inventory task showing any errors against machine?
