My Environtment are
NS 7 with Altiris Client Management that install Agent on client pc
our client pc install ghost image of hardening windows xp
after setup altiris agent by talk with altiris server we run a script to make pc running only vmware view client app
(after boot windows go directly to view client console to make user feel the same)
And that make us got an error with some pc after send task such as Deploy software
When we go to task status some server that not got task said "Waiting for the agent to get the task"
and finally task will fail cause timeout
what should we do to fix these issue ?

We already test below
- ping the client pc : pass
- if user log off or click ctrl+alt+del , agent can talk with altiris server and get a task
