  • 1.  altiris workflow monitoring templates running twice even scheduled for one time

    Hi All,

     

    We are using  symantec workflow designer for server and day to day activities monitoring.

    we have published the templates and schedule to run one time but  the templates are running twice.

    please could you any one know the solution , please share with me.

    Try restarting the workflow service "Symantec Workflow Server". The schedules do not take effect until restarted.

    We had this same issue and restarting the Symantec Workflow Server services fixed it. Thank you!
