Client Management Suite

Hi all yesterday I copied our symantec database to a new server, both are off box and SQL 2008. I changed the registry key and coresetting.config to reflect the new change. All was okay when I opened the console but "stupidly" I thought I would also try a repair on the database for safe measure!!! doing this froze the application and I had to kill the task, reopening the console was not good so today I reverted back to our old database.

Reverting back everything seemed okay but I noticed the ip's for computers were not updating as they can change from day to day. So I thought I would then try a repair from the SIM of the Symantec Management Platform 7.1 SP2, this all worked until the starting services at the end of the repair and I got "A critical error occurred: Failed in SetServiceCredential setting 'AltirisServiceHoster' service, I then found the service no longer exists on the system - it did before as I took a screenshot of all services before I stopped them.

Has anyone any ideas on how I can recover from this mess?

In the server manager I have found the following error also, have tried the microsoft steps edit in component services management tool. but all the security options are greyed out - any ideas? I've also checked the settings in my iis application pool and they match with my test server.

Remove InstallState file because there are no installers.
