After you install security update 3076895 (this update is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS15-084), you experience the following symptoms for the listed products.
Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (Hosted only, On-Premises is not affected)
Policies aren't updated.
Client UI may not open.
The portal isn't updated with the status of the client.
