  • 1.  Anti-virus crashes users' application

    Hi,

    we have Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.x and it is scheduled to run on a certain day of the week. Incidentally this is the day when we get client compplaints that the banking system crashes several times during the day. Network scanning is disabled. Citrix webclients also get disconnected although their sessions are still in the server. Any ideas on why it seems to disconnect clients from the network?

    Could you please tell the exact version of SEP installed?

    The componets installed  and also follow this

    You can keep those applications under exceptions, if you feel that they are not suspicious.
