This a way of luring users to download Malwares from internet.

Since you are already infectedwith it...
    1. Would suggest you to download RapidRlease Definitions.Update it and then run a full scan .
    2. Submit the suspicious files to https://submit.symantec.com/basic

2Remove it from add remove program
    3. Under C:/Program Files if there is any folder with that name remove it.
4.Take the backup of the regisrty and serach for Antimalware and then delete all instance of that
    4. Disable system restore
6 Run a full system scan on the machine with the latest  virus defintion in safe mode

    Anti virus definitions

In case you do not have the latest definitions you can also get the latest AV/AS definitions from the following site. Download the first executable and then run it on the machine in question. This would update the Anti virus definition and then perform a full scan in SAFE mode. This should take care of the infection. In case it cannot then as rightly suggested submit the suspicious files to Symantec.
