Hello any one started using SEP 14.0.1 that has been released recently.

They say it has new features like cloud portal to manage things.

How is it different from the on-premises one?

So far, so good. It adds an additional layer of security with the Intensive Protection policy and the new SEP Deception policies. The cloud portal and on-prem manager work together to provide more security/visibility.

Many good things coming down the pipeline from Symantec in regards to SEP. It has a very bright future and I think customers will be very impressed with the options available.

Isn't the cloud portal support multiple users? Or it is restrict to one Enterprise one account only?

When you have enrolled the first admin, that admin can enroll other users from the cloud portal.

I'm try to enroll it since this morning ASIA timezone. But till now still no receive mail.

May I know if normally need to wait for a long time?

I also tied to enroll it on the 16th, but still no activation email received. I am in Slovakia, EMEA..

I tried the Cloud Console but it doesn't give me an option to deploy agents using the Cloud Portal, is that normal?

Yes, you can manage device groups and certain policies, but cannot deploy agents from the cloud console.
