Endpoint Protection

Scan Complete: Risks: 0 Scanned: 0 Files/Folders/Drives Omitted: 0

When a New Definitions comes down - our SEP is setup to run a quick scan immediately - - well for the last several weeks on several different SERVERS and PC it gets the new definitions, but Scans nothing ....

Has anyone seen this ??

Does anyone else have a fix for it ??

What happens when you run a Full scan?

FULL SCANS WORK OK - no problems there - - -it only occurs on when NEW definitions come in and it trys to do a QUICK Scan right after a definitions is installed .  

It does not occur ALL the time, only happens randomly - - like maybe once or twice a week

Reinstall the Client and Also what is the version of SEP running on the machine?

Version MR4 MP2

Reinstall SEP On all the servers and PCs that are having this issue ???

OK ?? - there are several with this issue

when I said it occurs once or twice a week - - i meant per machine, we have some that it occurs 2 or 3 times a day - but that by far is the minority ....

as i stated before this just started happening within the last 4 - 6 weeks...it started very very random and on most machines it still is, however there are 2 that it seems to occur more on ....

I did try to reinstall it on one of the servers last night and now will wait and see if that fixes the problem 

 

I was wondering if OTHERS are seeing this same issue/problem
 

Just Try on one machine and see if that works( Uinstall /Reinstalll)

On the other machine Upgrade to RU5
