Is anyone still struggling with the 31-12-2009 LU problem in SEPM 11.x
As I am still not able to successfully apply the Patch in SEPM, the problem still still persist.

the problem is fixed now, how are you updating your definitions, via liveudpate? or through JDB?
for JDB you need to manually apply the patch, you might get an error saying that its not supported / could not install
please follow this discussion you should be able to fix the issue;.

The issue on my client has been fixed - I am on MR4 MP2
It took about a week or so to clear out all the old definitions from (12/2009) but we are current with all 01/2010 definitions now
