Hi!

We have Win 10 in all network computers with SEP 14.x and works perfectly but we got new PC's and now when I'm trying to install SEP 14.x on the new computers I got this error. (Screenshot attached for your reference). Thanks in advance for your support.

What's the exact version of 14 you're installing? At a minimum it should be 14 RU1. See these to verify the correct version of SEP against the Windows version installed:

This same version of SEP works for my old computers with Win 10, except for the new ones (with win 10 too)

That's 14 MP2, which is probably not supported on that version of Windows 10.

Maybe they're running a supported version of Windows 10. Verify your Windows 10 version but you'll likely need RU1 or higher:

How can I get the RU1 version?

Use your serial number to download it from:

https://fileconnect.symantec.com

I tried but I just see MP2 Version.

That's RU1 MP2, which is the latest version.

Hi, no idea where I should open a thread. I have installed Symantec PKI Client which is needed for storing the certificate I need to connect through Cisco AnyConnect to comapny netwok. However the certificate is not correctly recognized (though it seems to get installed) when running Cisco AnyConnect.

When I try to start Symantec PKI Client from Start menu it tells me "This app can't run on this PC". Though it had worked for months on the same PC.  version 2.17. Windows 10.
