Every time I start CCleaner I get a warning 'Ccleaner has changed since the last time you used it. Do you want to allow it to access the network?' and two options Yes and No. There's no option 'remember the answer and don't ask again'. I added the app rule manually and still get these pop-ups. How do I get rid of them without disabling the whole program monitoring feature?
Is this a managed or unmabaged client? If managed, you'd need to set an exclusion in the policy.
If unmanaged, what is theexact SEP client version? This was a bug in an older version of SEP 14.
please check if any of these helps: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH123331.html

SEP Unmanaged Version 14 build 3929 (14.0.3929.1200)
LiveUpdate is on.
1 link - is for managed client.
2 link - I don't want to disable the whole network application monitoring feature.
This a bug in this version. You need to upgrade. The upgrade doesn't come down through LiveUpdate. It's a manual upgrade by downloading the latest version.
Thank you, that solved the problem.
