Hi,
We did an upgrade for our Symantec Endpoint 12.1 (RU5) and when I deployed it on my computer I noticed that every time I'm working on Excel or Word it takes time to respond or my cursor will show processing. Even in Outlook I noticed this after I upgraded my Symantec Client Protection.
And after my deployment to clients, I received a lot of complaints from them with the same issue. It takes time to open the documents, respond to apply any actions to excel or Outlook, and sometimes will show (not responding) but after few seconds will be okay.
Is there any configuration on SEPM that I can disable? It seems that every actions on the computer there's running on the background.
