    On my tickets page by default there was a webpart with the description of Message Board.

    It's name in the Service Desk is Article Entry Scroller.

    Here is an image of it in Edit view.

    How do myself and the other technicians enter information into this message board for each other to see?

    I have Symantec Service Desk v7.1

    Hi,

    You will need to create a new Bulletin Board

    Knowledge Base --> Add Bulletin Board
