  • 1.  asset cannot be contacted

    Hello,

    I was trying to generate a report for a windows server 2012R2 and I have seen the following error and the report generated was blank.

     

    Message: The assets can not be contacted. Verify that the asset is functional and connected to the Network. Error: The network path was not found.

     

    Can somebody help please.

    Hi Ksam,

    you're issue could be simple as CCS Manager unable to resolve target asset or more complex network and/or firewall related issues or improper configuration of asets in CCS.
