  • 1.  Assigning usernames to existing clients

    Hello,

    Is there any way to add usernames to the clients that I have exesting is securitycloud? I can see that it doesn't have AD integration but I was hoping there was a way to import the data.

    Hello,

    Those methods import users but it doesn't tie them to a computer. Are you supposed to have every user login to the site to enroll? With the enroll method you will always have users that never do it. If there is any way to automate this please let me know.

    No detailed steps there however . . . From Managed Devices, hit the drop-down menu next to the device you wish to assign to a user. Select Transfer.

    A pop-up titled "Select user or group to transfer device to" Ensure the toggle is switched to "Users". Select the desired user and hit "Transfer"
