    Hi,

    I am testing Symantec Advanced Threat Protection. The SEPM has been added on ATP. I do see event whenever an incident happens. How would I know if ATP is getting information of all clients? Am I suppose to see information of all clients on ATP or only virus detection?

    I have modified External communications> Private Cloud and enable private servers to manage my data. From then the ATP Connection Status is appearing on individual clients; problem I am having is that Satus is Not connected and there is no information about Attemted servers. What can I do?

    We had the same issue. In our case it was solved by changing the proxy configuration (within External Communication Settings) to the default value (proxy server specified by client browser).
