  • 1.  ATP Dashboard veiw doesn't show any data

    Hi,

    We have multiple ATPs deployed globally and integrated with SEPM. While DB serching, it gives results and endpoints can see seen. However we don't see any details in dashboard veiw.

     

    Any idea how to get it working?

    Look up in the top right where it shows 'ATP is Critical' hover over it for more detail. Are you sure ATP has a healthy connection to SEPM?

    You also need to press what you want to see.  Network, Roaming, Endpoint are all greyed out.
    If you click them they should show information in the graph.  If that doesn't work it is most likely releated to the critical warning you have in the top right corner. You should investigate the critical warning regardless.

    Hi Umar,

    Can you tell what message is displayed in ATP is Critical and also the Let us know whether ATP is configured for Endpoint,network and Email.
