  • 1.  ATP UI showing internal error

    Hi All,

    ATP UI showing internal error with the Synapse when enabling correlation with the SEPM DB. When I refresh the UI page, it disappears?

    I have seen this article but it does not resolve my issue - will a reboot of the appliance help?

    when refreshed the page, does it disappear? You can certainly try rebooting the appliance, however the suggestion would be to open a support ticket after log is collected.

    After refreshing it does disappear. Will reboot the appliance.

    SImilar issue here, which needed to be resolved by Email.cloud Support. It ended up being an issue with our account that they needed to correct on the backend. Not sure if the reboot corrected it for you but just an fyi.

    @Brian,

    I did reboot the appliance. Just waiting on the network guys as there was intermittent network issues. will try again once all network issues are resolved.

    If all else fails, I will log a call with support.

    I am now seeing this, yet there is no entry shown on the global settings page.

    I have tried changing the name and the SEPM config screen disappears and then the internal error message comes up again. I have logged a call with support and now waiting for support to troubleshoot.
