  • 1.  Attachments in MR2

    Has anyone else seen a problem with MR2 where attachments on initial creation of the incident are being lost? I’m sure we tested this with the old base install, but we may have missed testing it with MR2.  Anything is possible but I don’t see anything that I have done that would break it. ( tracing the path from attach to the actual creation of the ticket, I have not added any components or touched the attachment array variable ) Just today a user in training noticed this, and sure enough she was right to my surprise
     
    Attaching files after its created works fine.

    If no one has seen it, I’ll be adding this to my list of things to ask support tomorrow. ( calling conerning load balancing and copying portal settings between installs )
